oh I have it...its not a quiz as in something that you go and do, I like origami and a test of skill is folding a crane, not easy but no super hard either, so first to post a picture of their proper effort gets the coin.

We haven't had a Quiz for a while now so I have come up with an idea for one :ok:
Be warned tho that it will involve grading coins to PCGS standards But it should be fun.
I will post some scans, descriptions and pic's of coins tomorrow before I send them off to the plastics factory, The winner will be the person that guesses the grades given the coins by PCGS when they grade them .
This won't be over until I get the grades, probably in a couple of months so you will all have plenty of time to assess the coins :good:
Only 1 try per member, NO editing of posts ( I will write down your grades when you post them) :diablo::angel:
The prize will be KUDOS to the winner and I'll chuck in a piedfort Silver coin as well.

OK i got confused with PL, its a designation not a grade , i will call it ms65 PL then :angel:

This is NOT the grades I have got back from PCGS ,this is just what I expect :ok:
I have been wrong on many an occasion so don't let my grades influence you at all.

Here goes MS66, MS64, MS61, XF40, VF35. Aussie grades are much easier for me GEM, CHU, UNC, VF, gfine. May not be correct mind you, but easier:)
I say 10726
As there are currently only 17 1970 Captain Cook coins graded as specimens I think a PCGS SP66 coin would be a nice prize for this, there are not too many collectors that have one of these :)
I will probably add a few other of what I consider "interesting" coins into the package as well.
PCGS is pretty slow at the moment with the turnaround times so you have at least until Tuesday and probably longer to have some fun with this :ok:

Just got the results for the 1910 3d = MS62 and the 1916 florin came back MS62 as well.
I think they were graded a bit "Hard" but that's just the way the cookie crumbles :cray:
I am at work at the moment, So I will look through the posts an see who won tonight when I knock off :ok:
