Coins toning inside Pcgs holders

Hi I have some pre-decimal coins in PCGS holders that have definitely toned inside the holders since I purchased them. The funny thing is the ones which have toned the most have 29 or 30 as the starting numbers on the slabs. Has anybody else experienced this especially with the coins which start with 29 and 30?
