Opinions on 1951 Penny

A fellow coin collector sent me these pictures,
so I could post them here for your opinions on grading and value,
if you don't mind. I'm not liking all the finger prints on the obverse.

EF with an unfortunate rim scrape.

Yeah,somewhere around there but unless its a rare variety once the rim gets nicks the Coin looses appeal to many collectors.

Those PL 51's were particularly well struck, so get marked hard by me when grading.

The good strike tends to inflate the apparent grade but really that coin is "circulated" grade.
Too many stains, marks and biffs to be any better  than VF for the type.
They used to turn up in bulk lots with brilliant patina and good strong rims unlike the more daggy Australian minted 51's.
