this is a great pic of the sydney harbour bridge ,almost completed the arch , then they have to do the road and train lines ,..

my 'step' grandfather is said to be in those base phylons (?)
don't know if it is really true
but it is true that he was an engineer on that bridge and a cement pouring accident and he was killed
i'm sure that my mother said he was buried so deep in the cement that they couldn't get his body out
i always think of him when i see that bridge
