PS. If you want to replicate this using Australian notes then only use genuine notes and not copies. Copies will break federal law and porentially get you into trouble.

After Jeff's photo above and Trout's story of the $50 bet on the dish lickers, I had a look at the first Greyhound race of the day which was at Wagga at 17:29.

Doggie #8 stood out "Greenback Flex" .... which seems to fit Jeff's photo, so a huge ....... 50c each way by me ......

I put my winnings in my wallet and that was the end of it, NO more bets were placed by me
This was a "One off" spur of the moment decision and not something I would normally do.
Like uni I DO put $50 on the Melbourne Cup every year and seldom get anything back.
I do however gamble on a regular basis buying coins "On Line" because at the end of the day even if you do badly, You still have a coin and not a worthless slip of paper for your money :angel:
