Running on Empty, had a few errors. The junked XW turned back into an XY. Some funny stuff in the film though. I like the bit in the timber yard when the Cops came.

Does anyone remember Stone ? Another classic Aussie film. I love seeing the Cars around Sydney. ( Norman Gunston  Gary McDonald ) was the motorbike mechanic. In running, I loved the line " get your gear off " when they wanted the Girl to distract the Cops, and she say's " no I havn't got 5 minutes " I also remember when the local tracking stations ran XB's, at shift change there was a row of them coming / going. Chain Reaction was another old Aussie film with Car stuff.

Gee Chris now your going back mate. I seen it many many years ago, actually surprised they haven't had it on again recently because they've been showing a lot of the older films. Funny how some of the actors in both were also in madmax but I suppose we didn't have the amount around then that we do today
