1933 Half-Penny Overdate ??

Another coin out of a bulk buy i sorted this W/end.What attracted my attention is,  what appears to be, a foreign object stamped into the lower bowl/half of the first 3,after clearing away all the muck the last 3 is different to a normal 33 half as well.
Anyone know if this is the mysterious 1933 Half Overdate thats supposed to exist.
Its similar to the one for sale on Ebay at the moment...TIA..

I've seen a few of these and I'd say that this is an overdate.

There appears to be two versions sort of like its big brother:
One has a downward spike on the tip of the 3 and the other doesnt.
The version with the spike is much scarcer and makes the overdate much more obvious.

It's not an overdate, it's a double struck 1933 half penny, note the tip of the 3 under the bottom loop of the 3.

With the 1933/32 overdate, the loop of the 2 is larger and there's no tip underneath the bottom loop.

Are there any diemarkers to look for as well ?

OK,it certainly doesn't look like an overdate compared to the Penny or 34 3d but why is  only the last number in the date affected if its a double strike?.
To me,and its not a coin i'm familiar with, it looks like the last 3 strike is part of the die itself for whatever reason.

gawd..i don't know,my Coin qualifications come from the Dodgy Bros. but i have collected these things called Coins for over 50 years and have read many books over that time.
AFAIK(without spending all day on Google)the Die is cut on a lathe from the Master Hub,i don't think Walter is referring to that but time will tell.

However,Ian McConnelly photo in the CAB article  has the tip protuding from the lower half of the last 3 as well as these egs. that were auctioned.TBH,IMO,it doesn't resemble an overdate in any shape or form but obviously something is going on with the last 3 compared to the run of the mill 1933 Half.

The latest one on Ebay has sold for $200+,i think that is the highest i've seen on Ebay.It has the tip protuding from the lower loop of the 3 although photo has been blurred.
My brother(i owe him for some coins he gave me) wants to list mine,almost exactly the same as the one sold,but i'm not sure.I might wait for some more Info.,one way or the other, to become mainstream in the Coin world.

It looks like the whole 3 is doubled except for the peak at the top of the 3.I had a similar Penny coin years ago and the local Dealer told me it had moved in the collar(?) when struck.

To me it looks like it might be a 33/33, but certainly not a 33/32.
