What is my grade

Hey Folks,

Anyone want to provide grading opinion on this coin ? It is already graded coin however I wanted to see what people think about the coin.

Trying to see if this coin is a contender for regrade.

It looks 63 or maybe 64ish to me.
There are a couple of light marks to the right of the emu so I think 63.

I came to the same conclusion as echidna. The marks behind the emu will possibly keep it from 64. Much better than a 62
