It takes a lot of noodling to make a really good type set from circulation. When I have one I start another but I am happy to just have one good set. So duplicate sets go on eBay. Of course my principal set gets the best example of each coin.
The pleasure is in making the set not just having another set.

The 1985 and 1993 both came in the same $200 bag last week.

More pre decimal coins listed on ebay

Have a few coins up on ebay including some 2001 Fed $1 rotations @ approx 6, 143, 238 and 349 degrees. My good mule (which I still haven't done anything about getting graded), some florins etc.

Postage is registered (which is not going to do me any favours) but is a one off regardless how many coins. (My anxiety can't hack sending them standard anymore).

From mid-December until Australia day is not a good time for selling coins on eBay -views and bids drop right off. Conversely it is a good time for buying coins as you face less competition.

So I have had a rest from selling. Also, I was running low on anything decent to list anyway -more noodling required.

But started again tonight. Here are a few of my listings;

During the week I sorted out a bag of dollar errors from my noodling the last six months. Added a few to my collection and swapped out a few for some of better quality.
Some of the leftover duplicates I have now listed on eBay. Jeff and Jenny's current listings. No prizes for guessing what Jenny collects.

Anyone looking for a few Centenary of Federation 50¢ coins? 2001 Centenary of Federation 50 cents bulk lot (180 coins) - all 9 states. I have accumulated too many from noodling! I thought not.
Well maybe this is more to your taste. INCUSED 2000 millennium 50 cent coin. Scarce variety.

I did well with a 2010 upset 50¢ tonight - $56.
