Yes that's a RAM image, the coin in hand is not as cute, he's sort of all pixelly (is that a word?).

Yeah the RAM images are a fabrication. They've overlaid the full resolution graphic design over an image of the coin. The PAD printing process they use cannot hope to achieve the same resolution.
