Asking people to dig deeper for 'collector' coins is apparently no guarantee of quality.

Its not a collector coin though. No extra effort is put into minting them. They just use different dies and wrap a bit of cardboard around them to justify charging six times more than they're worth. A collector coin should be made to a much higher standard, IMO.
