I like the little dots of the trip map around Oz
he crash landed in cook town and I have one of the beer bottles from that ship wreak, when they ditched the booze overboard to try and make it float
almost futile - but it didn't completely sink

These were our first ever decimal commemorative and 16.5 million of them were minted.
However there was only556,888 of the "Specimen" coins minted and these are beautiful coins.
These can Still be bought for about five bucks in their little red backed square capsules.
I admire these coins because they are beautifully struck and have NO nasty scrapes or dings on them, Unlike a lot of the issues from 2010 to date

I am fairly certain these ones are specimens
these were from the one lot of red cases and I had to almost pry some out with a chisel
but being in the red case doesn't mean someone hasn't switched the coin/s over the years as I have had some real rough jobs show up in the case
