I met him too when I was younger (a few times)

I met Don Walker from Cold Chisel about five years ago at a party.
Lot of people were asking him about Chisel stories & songs & how they grew up with chisel, etc.
I got an opportunity to speak to him so I asked him what it was like to work with Slim?
Talk about surprise, he really opened up to me about him, told me how he was a influence on him, because he like a lot of us had seen him as a kid. What a huge honour it was to write with him & have him sing his songs. He spoke so highly of him & told me of the fun it was for him to play with Slims band.
I was really stoked because I thought he would just brush me off as he did with most of the Chisel fans.
