1946 error - tail cud

I don't know if this has been found before but the cud under the roo's tail sure makes it look like it deserves the name "roo poo". It is a cud and not something stuck as gentle prying with a cotton bud and small plastic tube did not budge it. Interesting especially for a key date coin. Cheers.
